If you are experiencing issues logging into your Ivanti account, please try resetting your Office365 password before raising the issue to a desktop support engineer as this will resolve most issues.


You can reset your password via VPN or Office.com.


To reset your password on VPN:

1. Connect to Cisco VPN

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del

3. Select Change a password

4. Enter your current and new password

5. After you’ve successfully changed your password

6. Log into Ivanti


To reset your password on Office.com:

1. Go to this Link and login

2. Select Change Password

3. Log into Ivanti

4. Your Laptop password will also change when you next log into VPN.


When updating your password, this will also update on Ivanti, Office Apps, JIRA, and your laptop.


Please note: after you’ve updated your password, you may be prompted to enter your new password in your O365 Apps.
